The project's formula involves the Collezione Ramo opening up to the city, offering a selection of works on paper by 20th-century Italian artists to cultural institutions and galleries.
The goal is to create a dialogue between the historical works in the Collection and today’s artistic research, highlighting drawing as a form that connects artists of all times and disciplines. It also gives the public the chance to discover a medium that is often less visible but has a direct and universal way of communicating.
On November 23, Studio Irvine will host the event “Concerto per Carte” by composer Dario Buccino, where sheets of paper become the instruments of an orchestra. The performance goes beyond traditional music, offering the audience an immersive experience of movement, space, and sound.
All the papers used are by CANSON.
In addition, CANSON and LYRA products will once again take center stage on Wednesday, November 26 and Thursday, November 28 at 6:30 PM, during the workshop “Senza pensieri. Superare la paura del foglio bianco.” with artist Monica Dattner, and at the “Sketch Meeting” organized by Urban Sketchers Milano.
