Description
Hiding beneath its apparant simplicity, 1557® is a rather sophisticated paper. The grain is neither too smooth nor too prominent, providing a subtle surface perfect for sketching, drawing and other dry techniques.
This paper is ideal for precise technical drawings with graphite or coloured pencils. 1557® paper retains pigments well and allows unlimited shading and gradients.
This bright white paper is designed to accentuate contrast and allows colours to really stand out.
Both surface and internally sized, 1557® paper offers a remarkable resistance to repeated erasing without degradation.
